Food installation after the seminar on sustainability, 2022

 

The friendship of a curious, inventive person and inspiring, nourishing nature is presented. Ordinary foods are presented in an extraordinary way, with information on origin, growth, maturation, preparation time, etc. The guests of the event choose their own combination of seasonal, Lithuanian, small farm delicacies. They can be eaten with all bowl shaped and baked from the dough. In a food installation, crickets embedded in desserts evoke a lot of ambiguous feelings and considerations.
