Private event, 2019

 

The feast is based on the opera "Sun and the Sea". Sweet crumbs is presented as sea sand with amber, the expression of the hot sun - a warming red light, and the edible cream - an imaginable protection against heat with a practical purpose to complete the dessert for eating.
